We,
at the German Language Video Center, as a customer service also repair your
favorite broken tapes and will send them back to you for your viewing pleasure.
All this at the minimal cost of only $10.00 plus $5.00 for shipping and handling.
Isn't that better than paying full price for a new movie or trying to re-shoot
those home movies of your family gatherings.

phone number, and a brief description
of the problem and mail the cassette to us with a check for $15.00 to:

We repair only VHS-tapes, NTSC, or PAL. If we cannot repair your tape - we will not charge you for a repair; only the shipping charge back to you ($5.00).
Because the intrinsic value of the customer's master videocassette(s) clearly
exceeds, and has no relationship to, our charges, GLVC, in accordance with the
general practice of the industry, assumes no responsibility or liability for
materials received, processed, or stored by GLVC unless caused by negligence
of GLVC and in such event GLVC liability is limited only to the replacement
value of the unrecorded or unprocessed materials. All shipments to and from
GLVC shall be solely at the customer's risk and expense.
Customer warrants that he/she is the sole owner and/or has the right to possession
and use of all original videocassettes or films delivered to GLVC for standard
conversion or repair. Customer shall indemnify and hold GLVC exempt from all
liability arising out of or in connection with publication, distribution, exhibition,
including without limitation, any liability for libel, content, slander, defamation,
or infringement of patent, copyright, or trademark.
